Latest Apple Critical iPhone update

When Apple urges you to update your iPhone/IPad/Mac or iPod Touch, you should do it. You might have gotten, no you did get an update notification to update your device to iOS 10.3.3. Apple says it contains a bug fix to a security flaw that could allow a hacker to not only access your phone but actually take control of it.
The security risk deals with the ability to use wifi. According to 9to5 Mac, a good guy discovered the hole and reported it to Apple.
If you actually look at the description of the update by Apple, it shows that it's possible for an attacker within range, may be able to execute arbitrary code on the wi-fi chip.
The update was made available this week but many iPhone users have either not noticed it or brushed it off as just another update.
To see if your phone/tablet needs to install the update just look at the settings app and if there's a red '1', you have the update available. It takes a few minutes to install the update and you should be on a secure wi-fi network to do it.
While we're at it I know some people will either not notice or just put off until later any updates. When you see one become available, read the description and if it contains a bug fix or another security issue, go ahead and install it as soon as possible. While many Apple users believe their device isn't susceptible to hackers that is no longer the case. Hackers will go where there is a great number of possible victims and they'll search for any vulnerabilities they can use
